Role Overview
🔍 We are looking for a results-driven Sales Closer with strong experience in service-based sales and closing high-value deals.
This role focuses on selling Zignify’s sourcing services to e-commerce brands, startups, and companies with recurring procurement needs.
You will primarily work with warm and inbound leads (trade shows, referrals, inbound inquiries), with optional outbound opportunities for additional commission upside.
High performers may grow into leadership roles managing specific verticals or sales segments.
This role is ideal for someone confident in value-based selling, particularly ROI-driven conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Close new clients for sourcing and procurement services
- Conduct sales calls via Zoom, phone, email, and chat
- Present Zignify’s value proposition clearly and effectively
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
Lead Management & Outreach
- Work with inbound and warm leads (referrals, trade shows, inquiries)
- Conduct outbound outreach when needed
- Qualify leads and identify recurring purchasing potential
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat business
- Support onboarding and smooth handover to operations
- Maintain ongoing communication for retention and upselling
Sales Process & Reporting
- Create proposals and sales presentations
- Manage pipeline in CRM and internal tools (e.g., ClickUp)
- Report on performance, pipeline, and conversions
Growth & Leadership (Future Scope)
- Build and manage a personal client portfolio
- Lead verticals or regional sales segments
- Contribute to improving sales processes and messaging
What’s In It for You

- 5+ years of experience closing service-based sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong experience selling services (not only products)
- Confident in value-based and ROI-driven selling
- Strong objection handling skills
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Comfortable with Zoom calls, presentations, and negotiations
- Ability to manage own pipeline independently

- Availability to overlap with US timezone and CET afternoons

Role Overview
- This position is focused on planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. You will manage budgets, track performance, conduct testing, and collaborate with our creative team to develop high-performing ad content.
What You’ll Do
- Create, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS)
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages to boost conversions
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging visuals and compelling ad copy
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and best practices
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Instagram
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Excel
- Creative mindset with an eye for impactful visuals and persuasive copy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with remarketing strategies, funnel optimization, and e-commerce platforms
- Background in international or multicultural companies
- Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Slack, or Trello
