What You Will Do:

  1. To handle the email sync, calendar sync, and other issues that may arise.
  2. To provide computer or network support for an organization, either employees, customers or both.
  3. To assist users with installation, troubleshooting, and diagnosing possible software systems issues.

What You Are:

  1. Must have proven work experience as an IT Professional for at least 1-3 years of experience.
  2. Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft 365 synchronization (Teams, Azure, Outlook, Sharepoint, OneDrive), ClickUp, and NameCheap emails and Calendars.
  3. Must be conversational in English
  4. Can start as soon as possible and able to work in a CET Time zone.

  • Actively source materials and supplies across the globe with a strong focus on sustainability and excellent quality for the best possible price;
  • Evaluate, compare and analyze products to get the best combination of quality, conditions and price with the focus in sustainability;
  • Facilitate negotiations and execution of Supplier Purchase Agreements with selected Suppliers for large purchases;
  • Build strong and trustful relations with our new and already existing suppliers;
  • Coordinate with the production team to oversee and manage inventory as well as plan the next supply;
  • Manage transportation related issues and trouble-shooting them if needed.

Who You Are:

  • You should be proactive, results-oriented and organized.
  • You should be familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience with Click Up is a plus!
  • You should have excellent communication skills.
  • You should have at least 1-3 years of experience in Product Sourcing
  • Once hired, you will be on a trial basis of 20hrs/week for the first few weeks but there is a possibility of a full-time role
  • We prefer someone who has no other engagement because we have the opportunity for full-time and long-term employment.

We are looking for a fun, proactive, organized, and results-oriented Amazon Account Manager!

We are looking for an ideal person to help us and look after our Amazon account.

What you will do:

  1. Complete ownership and accountability of our Amazon Account
  2. Listing creation: Working closely with sales teams to ensure timely listing of new products and migration of existing SKU’s on amazon.
  3. Continuously oversee and optimize product listings using strong knowledge of keyword research, Amazon algorithms and product search rankings to ensure maximum exposure of our products
  4. Description and content creation for product listings
  5. Full management of all FBA shipments and stock replenishment.
  6. Manage Amazon brand registry, create A+ content and store design. Create and manage advertising campaigns via Amazon Advertising console (AMS). Creation, optimization and management of Sponsored Products and brands.
  7. Work alongside existing team members to grow, launch and maintain our new brands on Amazon.
  8. Inventory management & replenishment coordination with the buying and sales team.
  9. Manage product reviews & seller feedback to enable growth.
  10. Monitor the accounts’ health and performance metrics and implement strategies to ensure account health is kept pristine.1
  11. Raising cases with Amazon Seller Support to resolve pinch points
  12. Summarized and detailed reporting of key campaign strategy, activity, and optimizations across all Amazon marketplaces
  13. You will report directly to the company directors.

Who you are:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of Amazon Seller Central account management with a demonstrable track record of success.
  2. Strong understanding of what it takes to get a listing swiftly ranked and in the top 10.
  3. Strong understanding of Amazon marketing advertising and 3rd party tools e.g. Helium 10
  4. Experience of developing Amazon business on other European platforms such as DE and FR.
  5. Experience of having sole ownership and financial responsibility over e-commerce channels
  6. High level of copywriting in relation to advertising and listing creation.
  7. A passion for innovation, someone who is looking to constantly improve and wants to bring new ideas.
  8. IT Literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with particularly strong skills in Microsoft Excel (Advanced / Expert)
  9. You are required to be proactive in improving the process and changing the strategy to suit the needs of the business
  10. Must be fluent in English language and can speak German language is a plus!
  11. Willing to start immediately and can focus on us on a daily basis
We are looking for a fun, proactive, organized, and results-oriented Product Sourcing Manager from China!

What You Will Do:

The Project/Customer Manager’s main task is to provide assistance to the Project Management Team by:

  • Updating clients regularly on project development
  • Guide clients through the steps of their projects
  • Provide suggestions and solutions to the clients
  • Regularly check project statuses
  • Attend weekly meetings & Zoom Meetings with clients
  • You will be asked to do customer communication and account management

What You Are:

What You Will Do:

  • Create and execute a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
  • Identify and source partnership opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, webinars and client visits as well as inbound lead follow-up
  • Find research partners, identify key players and generate interest
  • Collaborate with senior management and other marketing and sales teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
  • Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies
  • Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization – you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
  • Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership

What You Are:

  • Previous working experience as Strategic Partnerships Manager (or similar role) for a minimum of 3 year(s)
  • Preferably BA/BS in Marketing, Communication, or similar relevant Business-related field
  • Very strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Networking aptitude and outstanding interpersonal skills

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and oversee the overall performance marketing strategy
  • Prepare social media marketing campaigns and strategize them such that they align with the business objectives.
  • Identify relevant social media channels and oversee social media/community manager, graphic designers, and the whole marketing team
  • Create and execute a plan for conferences and events
  • Ensure that the website, promotional material, and marketing campaign strategy are updated on a regular basis.
  • Develop paid media strategy, email marketing strategy, and content strategy for different key channels and identify key hires/agency partners
  • Define KPIs and measurement of all marketing efforts
  • Identify key hires for marketing for both B2C and B2B initiatives
  • Support copywriting for emails, social posts, and content activation
  • Identify and create offline opportunities to engage the digital climate community
  • Prepare monthly marketing budget and monthly reports for the marketing department.

Who You Are:

  • You should have a degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
  • You should have at least proven 5 years of experience as Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, or a similar role.
  • You should have at least 3 years of experience within the Amazon Industry, the Amazon services industry, and the e-Commerce
  • You should have at least 3 years of experience in building, inspiring, and leading teams
  • Proven track record in cultivating and growing communities for a startup company
  • Proven experience in planning and managing a range of marketing activities, including social media and influencer campaigns, paid media, email marketing and live events
  • Deep knowledge, experience, and proven efficiencies of major social platforms (i.e. TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube)
  • Demonstrated experience in searching, fostering, building, and negotiating external relationships for influencer, PR, and networking projects
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Adept knowledge of Microsoft office tools
  • Basic graphic design skills preferred
  • Ability to quickly prioritize and assign tasks
  • Good oral and written communication skills, analytical and attention to detail.
