What You Will Do:

  1. To handle the email sync, calendar sync, and other issues that may arise.
  2. To provide computer or network support for an organization, either employees, customers or both.
  3. To assist users with installation, troubleshooting, and diagnosing possible software systems issues.

What You Are:

  1. Must have proven work experience as an IT Professional for at least 1-3 years of experience.
  2. Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft 365 synchronization (Teams, Azure, Outlook, Sharepoint, OneDrive), ClickUp, and NameCheap emails and Calendars.
  3. Must be conversational in English
  4. Can start as soon as possible and able to work in a CET Time zone.

What You Will Do:

The Project/Customer Manager’s main task is to provide assistance to the Project Management Team by:

  1. Updating clients regularly on project development
  2. Guide clients through the steps of their projects
  3. Provide suggestions and solutions to the clients
  4. Regularly check project statuses
  5. Attend weekly meetings & Zoom Meetings with clients
  6. You will be asked to do lead generation, customer communication and account management

What You Are:

  1. You should be proactive, results-oriented, and organized.
  2. You should be familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience with Click Up and Slack is a plus!
  3. You should have excellent communication skills.
  4. You should have at least 1-3 years of experience in Project Management or similar roles.
  5. You must be available to work in the CET time zone (at least half-day morning) from Monday-Friday. This role requires 30hrs/week with an option of getting 40hrs/week. Once hired, you will be on a trial basis of 15hrs/week for the first few weeks.
  6. You must be fluent in the English language and German language. If you can speak in , Spanish or French, it’s a plus too!
  7. Lastly, we are looking for someone who can start ASAP.

We are looking for a fun, proactive, organized, and results-oriented Product Sourcing Manager China!

What You Will Do:

  1. Collaborate with suppliers as well as search and development of new supply channels;
  2. Actively source materials and supplies across the globe with the strong focus on sustainability and excellent quality for the best possible price;
  3. Evaluate, compare and analyze products to get the best combination of quality, conditions and price with the focus in sustainability;
  4. Facilitate negotiations and execution of Supplier Purchase Agreements with selected Suppliers for large purchases;
  5. Build strong and trustful relations with our new and already existing suppliers;
  6. Coordinate with the production team to oversee and manage inventory as well as plan the next supply;
  7. Manage transportation related issues and trouble-shooting them if needed.

Who You Are:

  1. You should be proactive, results-oriented and organized.
  2. You should be familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience with Click Up is a plus!
  3. You should have excellent communication skills.
  4. You should have at least 1-3 years of experience in Product Sourcing
  5. You must be available to work in China time zone from Monday-Friday. This role requires 30hrs/week with an option of getting 40hrs/week. Once hired, you will be on a trial basis of 20hrs/week for the first few weeks.
  6. We prefer someone who has no other engagement because we have opportunity for a full time and long term employment.
  7. You must be fluent in the English language. You must be a native Chinese speaker
  8. Lastly, we are looking for someone who can start ASAP.
