What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with suppliers as well as search and development of new supply channels;
  • Actively source materials and supplies across the globe with a strong focus on sustainability and excellent quality for the best possible price;
  • Evaluate, compare and analyze products to get the best combination of quality, conditions and price with the focus in sustainability;
  • Facilitate negotiations and execution of Supplier Purchase Agreements with selected Suppliers for large purchases;
  • Build strong and trustful relations with our new and already existing suppliers;
  • Coordinate with the production team to oversee and manage inventory as well as plan the next supply;
  • Manage transportation related issues and trouble-shooting them if needed.

Who You Are:

  • You should be proactive, results-oriented and organized.
  • You should be familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience with Click Up is a plus!
  • You should have excellent communication skills.
  • You should have at least 1-3 years of experience in Product Sourcing
  • Once hired, you will be on a trial basis of 20hrs/week for the first few weeks but there is a possibility of a full-time role
  • We prefer someone who has no other engagement because we have the opportunity for full-time and long-term employment.
  • You must be fluent in the English language. You must be a native Chinese speaker.

We are currently on the lookout for a Head of Marketing to work together with our Marketing team to help propel our service forward. To succeed in this role you should have experience within a growth or performance role, A SOLID experience in a Company who offers Services to Ecommerce Industry. You should have an analytical mindset, as well as ability to think creatively to solve problems.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and oversee the overall performance marketing strategy
  • Prepare social media marketing campaigns and strategize them such that they align with the business objectives.
  • Identify relevant social media channels and oversee social media/community manager, graphic designers, and the whole marketing team
  • Create and execute a plan for conferences and events
  • Ensure that the website, promotional material, and marketing campaign strategy are updated on a regular basis.
  • Develop paid media strategy, email marketing strategy, and content strategy for different key channels and identify key hires/agency partners
  • Define KPIs and measurement of all marketing efforts
  • Identify key hires for marketing for both B2C and B2B initiatives
  • Support copywriting for emails, social posts, and content activation
  • Identify and create offline opportunities to engage the digital climate community
  • Prepare monthly marketing budget and monthly reports for the marketing department.

Who You Are:

  • You should have a degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
  • You should have at least proven 5 years of experience as Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, or a similar role.
  • You should have at least 3 years of experience within the Amazon Industry, the Amazon services industry, and the e-Commerce
  • You should have at least 3 years of experience in building, inspiring, and leading teams
  • Proven track record in cultivating and growing communities for a startup company
  • Proven experience in planning and managing a range of marketing activities, including social media and influencer campaigns, paid media, email marketing and live events
  • Deep knowledge, experience, and proven efficiencies of major social platforms (i.e. TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube)
  • Demonstrated experience in searching, fostering, building, and negotiating external relationships for influencer, PR, and networking projects
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Adept knowledge of Microsoft office tools
  • Basic graphic design skills preferred
  • Ability to quickly prioritize and assign tasks
  • Good oral and written communication skills, analytical and attention to detail.
  • You must have flexibility in time from Monday-Friday. Once hired, you will be working in FULL TIME

What You Will Do:

The Executive Assistant’s main task is to provide assistance to the Founder by:

  1. Scheduling appointments, clearing schedules, making phone calls, making travel arrangements, and managing email accounts,  and other communication access provided by the Founder.
  2. Respond to queries in person, via telephone, or by email.
  3. Any PA/EA responsibilities.
  4. Screen documents, book meeting rooms, set up conference calls, and take messages.
  5. Perform administrative tasks, research tasks, and record keeping.

What You Are:

  1. You should be proactive, results-oriented, and organized.
  2. Preferably with Project Manager experience and at least 2 years as Virtual Assistant/Executive Assistant experience.
  3. You should be familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience with Click Up is a plus!
  4. You must be a good communicator, quick learner, able to adapt to new systems and take the initiative. They will also be hard working, pay attention to detail, and prioritize integrity and honesty in everything they do.
  5. You should have at least 1-3 years of experience as a VA/Personal Assistant or similar roles.
  6. You must be available to work in the CET time zone from Monday-Friday. This role requires 30hrs/week with an option of getting 40hrs/week. Once hired, you will be on a trial basis of 15hrs/week for the first few weeks.
  7. You must be fluent in English and German language. If you can speak in Spanish, or French, it’s a plus too!

  5. Attend weekly meetings & Zoom Meetings with clients
  6. You will be asked to do customer communication and account management

  1. Create and execute a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
  2. Identify and source partnership opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, webinars and client visits as well as inbound lead follow-up
  3. Find research partners, identify key players and generate interest
  4. Collaborate with senior management and other marketing and sales teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
  5. Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies
  6. Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization – you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally
  7. Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
  8. Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership

What You Are:

  1. Previous working experience as Strategic Partnerships Manager (or similar role) for a minimum of  3 year(s)
  2. Preferably BA/BS in Marketing, Communication, or similar relevant Business-related field
  3. Very strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  5. Networking aptitude and outstanding interpersonal skills
