Position Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading and growing our sales efforts in the procurement and e-commerce sector. Your primary focus will be on selling our innovative services to startups and e-commerce businesses, leveraging your strong sales experience to drive revenue and customer acquisition.

The Sales Manager’s main task is to reach sales targets and provide assistance to the Managing Director by:

  1. Generating new leads
  2. Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
  3. Establishing new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.
  4. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  5. Assessing current team processes and procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  7. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.

Who You Are:

  1. You should be proactive, results-oriented, and organized.
  2. You should be familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience with Click up is a plus!
  3. You should have strong oral and written communication skills.
  4. You should have at least 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Lead Generation or similar roles (preferably with experience in Sales for Service Providers/Amazon).
  5. You must be available to work in the  Central European Timezone Monday to Friday. Once hired, you will be on a trial basis of 15hrs/week with a chance of increasing working hours up to 40 hours per week.
  6. You must be fluent in German and English language.
  7. Lastly, we are looking for someone who can start ASAP.

What You Will Do:

  1. Develop and oversee the overall performance marketing strategy

Who You Are:

  1. You should have a degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
  2. You should have at least proven 5 years of experience as Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, or a similar role.
  3. You should have at least 3 years of experience within the Amazon Industry, the Amazon services industry, and the e-Commerce
  4. You should have at least 3 years of experience in building, inspiring, and leading teams
  5. Proven track record in cultivating and growing communities for a startup company
  6. Proven experience in planning and managing a range of marketing activities, including social media and influencer campaigns, paid media, email marketing and live events
  7. Deep knowledge, experience, and proven efficiencies of major social platforms (i.e. TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube)
