What You Will Do:

The Project/Customer Manager’s main task is to provide assistance to the Project Management Team by:

  1. Updating clients regularly on project development
  2. Guide clients through the steps of their projects
  3. Provide suggestions and solutions to the clients
  4. Regularly check project statuses
  5. Attend weekly meetings & Zoom Meetings with clients

Who You Are:

  1. You should be proactive, results-oriented and organized.
  2. You should be familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience with Click Up and Slack is a plus!
  3. You should have excellent communication skills.
  4. You should have at least 1-3 years of experience in Project Management or similar roles.
  5. You must be available to work in the CET time zone from Monday-Friday. This role requires 30hrs/week with an option of getting 40hrs/week. Once hired, you will be on a trial basis of 15hrs/week for the first few weeks.
  6. You must be fluent in the English language. If you can speak in German, Spanish or French, it’s a plus too!

What You Will Do:
The Sales Manager’s main task is to reach sales targets and provide assistance to the
Managing Director by:

  1. Generating new leads
  2. Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
  3. Establishing new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call
    on existing or potential clients.
  4. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  5. Assessing current team processes and procedures and identifying opportunities for
    improvement.

  7. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.

Who You Are:

  1. You should be proactive, results-oriented, and organized.

  4. Facilitate negotiations and execution of Supplier Purchase Agreements with selected Suppliers for large purchases;
  5. Build strong and trustful relations with our new and already existing suppliers;
  6. Coordinate with the production team to oversee and manage inventory as well as plan the next supply;
  7. Manage transportation related issues and trouble-shooting them if needed.

We are looking for someone that can help us with product compliance regulations in the US. We are not aware of what applies to our products and would like to get a head of it by hiring someone that can guide us through the process and tell us which products require certain registration or tests.

  1. You must be someone who is knowledgeable about a range of technical products.
  2. You must be someone with excellent experience and complete knowledge on Amazon-market Compliance processes, know-how about regulations and market approvals in the US.
  3. You should have excellent communication skills.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  3. Check all submitted documents from manufacturers and suppliers, the authenticity and the applicability to a specific product and the completeness.
  4. Provide comprehensive instructions that meet all the requirements so that we no longer have to worry about easily avoidable warnings from competitors.
  5. Provide a declaration of conformity for a certain product if a product is being blocked.
  6. Check the complete listing of the product and provide clear instructions so that it is safe from the competition.
