With over 20 years of experience in international product sourcing, global supply chain management, import/export compliance, international freight coordination, logistics, and cross-border trade, she has built deep operational expertise across Europe and Asia.
Before launching Zignify, Yulia served as Managing Director of FlixBus Russia, where she led the expansion of one of Europe’s fastest-growing technology scale-ups into a complex emerging market.
Today, through Zignify, Yulia advises and supports brands in building resilient, transparent, and scalable global supply chains. Her work combines strategic sourcing expertise with real operational execution experience – from factory negotiations to last-mile delivery.
