What We Do – Full-Scale Quality Inspections at Every Stage
Pre-Production Manufacturing Quality Inspection – Stop Problems Before They Start
- Check raw materials & components before production begins.
- Ensure production lines are correctly set up.
- Verify if the supplier is following the agreed specifications.
Example:
- A brand ordered 10,000 units of kitchen tools, but the factory switched to lower-quality steel without informing them.
- We caught the issue early, preventing a massive financial loss.
During Production Inspections – Catch Defects Before Mass Assembly
- Random sample checks while production is running.
- Ensure specifications are being followed correctly.
- Identify early defects before they impact the full order.
Example:
- A client ordered plush toys, and the first batch had uneven stitching & safety issues.
- We paused production, corrected the problem & avoided a full defective batch.
Final Pre-Shipment Inspection Service – Before It Leaves the Factory
- Randomized selection – we pick the boxes, not the supplier.
- Check packaging, labeling & overall product quality.
- Ensure the entire batch meets the agreed specifications.
Example:
- A supplier tried to hide quality issues by only showing pre-tested units during inspection.
- Our team ignored their staged setup, randomly picked boxes, and found defects in 30% of the batch
- Result: The client avoided shipping a defective product & renegotiated a better deal.
Container Loading & Post-Packaging Inspections
- Verify the correct products & quantities are being loaded.
- Check for proper packaging & palletization to avoid transit damage.
- Ensure that the right items reach the container – not substitutes.
Example:
- A supplier tried to swap high-quality units with cheaper alternatives before shipping.
- We caught it during container loading, saving the client a six-figure loss.
Independent Third Party Quality Inspection - No Supplier Influence, No Exceptions
Many quality control agencies send freelance inspectors who are easily bribed by suppliers. Not us.
Our team steps over staged "perfect" samples & randomly selects products for real inspection.
We’ve been kicked out of factories for refusing bribes - but that’s a sign we do our job right.
If a factory tries to manipulate inspections, it tells you everything about their trustworthiness.

What is a production quality inspection service?
A production quality inspection service sends independent inspectors into your factory to verify that goods are being made to your agreed specifications — before, during, and after the production run. Zignify covers pre-production checks on raw materials and setup, during-production sampling, final pre-shipment inspection, and container loading verification. Each stage catches a different category of problem before it becomes a shipment you cannot sell.
How is this different from a standard pre-shipment inspection?
A pre-shipment inspection checks the finished goods once production is complete. Zignify’s production quality inspection service covers the entire manufacturing process — starting before a single unit is made. Catching a raw material substitution or a production line setup error early costs far less than reworking or rejecting a completed batch.
Do you inspect factories that weren't sourced through Zignify?
Yes. If you sourced your supplier independently or through another agency and need reliable third-party quality inspection, Zignify can step in at any production stage. Many clients come to us specifically because a previous inspection provider failed them.
How do you prevent supplier manipulation during inspections?
Zignify uses randomised box and unit selection — our inspectors choose what to inspect, not the supplier. We do not accept staged samples or pre-selected units. Factories have attempted to bribe our team and refused us entry — both of which we report directly to the client as serious trust signals about that supplier.
Which countries do you cover?
Zignify’s inspectors travel to factories in China, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Europe, and any other country where your supplier operates. There is no minimum order size or geography restriction — if a supplier is remote, we still go on-site.
What does the client receive after an inspection?
After every inspection Zignify provides a full written report, photographs of findings, and specific recommendations — whether to approve the batch, pause production, or renegotiate with the supplier. The report can be used in supplier disputes or compliance documentation.
